CELEBRATE: The Grand Opening of the BeaverTails Downtown Montreal Boutique

We're very happy to announce the latest addition to our BeaverTails family! This Tuesday marked the grand opening of the new downtown Montreal location, and we're simply delighted to show off our new digs. If you follow us on Twitter and are a fan on Facebook, you know we love talking about interior design and sharing before-and-after pics, so we couldn't be more excited to share our own incredible makeover with you:

The sleek shop serves up much more than just our famous pastries, with refreshing fruit smoothies, 98-percent-fat-free frozen yogurt and organic fair-trade coffee drinks (all great for a guilt-free splurge) as well as a candy bar and a wall of chocolate to satisfy your sinfully sweet side. For the big day, our customers were treated to cute-as-can-be T-shirts as they enjoyed the boutique's wide selection of scrumptious snacks.

For more photos, visit our Facebook page, and be sure to follow us on Twitter for the inside scoop of upcoming events.

INDULGE: Recipe Roundup

It's no secret that we have a serious sweet tooth. We love to get creative, using our BeaverTails as a canvas and crafting unique and delicious topping combinations. When we're not experimenting on tasty 'Tails, we've been known to hit the kitchen and use our favourite flavours to whip up different variations of our delicious desserts. What can we say? We think treats are tops!

We hope you enjoy these recipes as much as we do! And while we're on the subject of sweets, what ingredient would you love to see as a BeaverTails topping?

Inspired by our Banana Chocolate BeaverTail, this decadent dessert bread boasts a stellar five-star rating.

Our Avalanche BeaverTail proves that Skor pieces make for a delectable topping, and in this case, they're melted into a toffee caramel and drizzled on an icy-cool creation.

These elegant, individually sized pies are like cousins to our classic Apple and Cinnamon BeaverTail. Bonus: There's no need to fight over the last slice!

This recipe features the famous flavour pairing of our Triple Trip BeaverTail with the added satisfaction of a sweet-and-savoury crunch.

Just like our Killaloe Sunrise BeaverTail, these citrusy squares will appeal to those who crave a slightly less-sweet treat.
